What Makes boop Different

No Data Liability

With boop, you never receive, store, or process any biometric data. When a customer scans their palm at your location, the raw biometric image never leaves the scanner device. The scanner immediately converts it into an encrypted biometric template - a mathematical representation that cannot be reversed back to the original palm image. This template is what gets sent to boop’s cloud infrastructure for matching. Your system only ever receives an anonymized user ID and any attributes you’re authorized to access. This means:
  • Zero compliance burden for biometric data regulations
  • No liability if there’s ever a data breach
  • No storage costs for sensitive biometric information
  • No risk of biometric data misuse
